Man, today I felt squashed on the training. Not sure why as I felt as
I was rested. I am going to try to get 8 hours of good sleep every
night. Although sometimes things will come up with work hindering that.
But, for the most part being on a deployment does help me get into a
good routine and help keep good sleep patterns as well.
TRAINING:
A.) I felt pretty good on this and worked technique as well as possible. First set I lost the balance a little. Might need to warm the movement up a little bit more. However, the 2nd through 5th set I kept my balance pretty good and got under the bar fairly quick. Still feel like a pipsqueak with my crappy weights on Snatch. 70% 1RM = 110 LBS or 50 KG. Definitely hope to get 1RM up into the 200's within the next few months. I am going to be working this movement more than others. Working on technique as it is one of my weakest. Overall, I felt good about today's effort.
B.) Wow, that's all I should say! haha. I started at 170 LBS/77.27 KG and ended up finishing at 150LBS/67.56KG. Felt pretty good on the Push Press throughout. Front Squats really started struggling on the last 3 reps of last 3 sets. But, pushed it out and got each one of them I feel as though I picked the proper weights for my current capability and always like working FS even though they suck!!! Man, they suck! But, it was a fun time.
C.) Completed this one in the evening as only have one place to hang rings and have to take bus to get there. So held this off as evening part. I was not satisfied with this performance. Not sure what it was but felt weak today on the MU as I couldn't string off more than 2 and only got it twice. First couple of the my right wrist would start to bend inwards causing balance loss. Not sure if it was the DU, but they seemed to be fairly quick and not hard. Well, i'll just keep up the training and next time I am sure I'll be better.

SLEEP
Felt as though I had good sleep but maybe not long enough. I also feel as though working out in the evening might have effected my MU/DU/Burpee WOD a little more because of a lack of energy or routine. But, should be a good thing considering we have to be able to adjust and handle on the fly.
Will be attempting to get better sleep!
DIET:
Same as usual, lean meats, lots of veggies and some sweet potatoes for three meals. Wake Up I will usually have Amino X, then train. Syntha-6 plus Cell MASS after work out and eat first meal of the day about 30 minutes after that. After the 2nd meal (3 hours after I will have True MASS and CELL MASS and then in th evening usually have an omelet with some ham, cheese and mixed veggies. Then some Bacon and sweet potatoes. I hope to get some new Protein soon so I can get some cleaner protein than the TRUE MASS gainer as it has too much sugar.
