I was pretty excited for today considering I love doing Deadlifts. However, I sucked like a mother fucker today. Not sure why, but it was horrible. I thought I got good sleep. Not sure if its the environment change or whatever. But the last week I have definitely been getting below average on weights and times, it has sucked. Oh well, I'll just suck through it.

A.)
Building up to my Deadlift of 92% I should of got 400 LBS/181.81KG. However, struggled to get 385 and couldn't lock out 400 LBS today. Felt really weak. I had to drop it down to 365 for the last few single sets.

B.)
Completed the OLY Lifts today. But again could not even complete a full clean at 85%. Holy Bleeping Crap is all I could think. I had to complete this at 175 LBS/79.54 instead of 200 LBS/90.90KG. Not sure what it was. My  forearms felt burned form the MU I did in the evening which took me off my routine. But to see this big of a drop was pretty horrible.

C.) Thought I redeemed myself a little with the conditioning. I completed the first 800 M Run in 2:47. Completed the Thruster/KBS in 13:10,  and then the last run completed in 3:01 (that run sucked!!) Felt better about this one, but felt like my mind fucked with me because of the results on previous lifts. Could have done better on the Thruster/KBS probably at least 10 or Sub 10, at least I think.

Well, I'll put today past me and move on. I know there is sometimes that days like this happen but man I really despise them.

I woke up today and felt fairly well but only got maybe 6.5 hours of sleep because of stuff happening at work. This could of affected me but I did feel refreshed when I woke up. For my meals I had the regular my Amino X before training, Syntha -6 and Cell mass immediately after and then some chicken, veggies, fruit and water for my first meal. I had some trail mix of raisins, Almonds, sunflower seeds for a snack between meals. Lunch meal I had had some sweet potatoes, chicken, brocolli, and some eggs!! Then I had a couple cups of Coffee after that. Three hours later I had some True Mass and Cell Mass then for my last meal I had an omelet with Jalapenos, Ham, Mixed Vegetables. I had some Bacon and Watermelon. Probably shouldn't have had as much fruit today. Usually try to limit fruit to a few times a week. Well we will see what tomorrow brings.
