Completed all three of the 10 M AMRAP

First AMRAP

Completed 5 Rounds plus 5 Burpees

Second AMRAP

Completed 4 Rounds plus 10 Burpee Pull-Ups

Third AMRAP

Completed 3 Rounds + 2 Lunges

****Could not get the 100 LB DB Ground to Overhead, had to use 80 LB DB each /36.36KG
