- Ties my previous 1 RM. Man this one hurt, but I got it.
Achieved a FS 1 RM of 255 LBS (succKKKyyyy!!!
- 10 LBS below my previous 1 RM (I think I can get more but wasted too much energy trying to get 275 LBS)
